If such data are provided, E.S.T.E. S.r.l. will not take such information into account when providing responses and will delete such data using secure methods that do not allow recovery.
The provision of data in this section is optional. If the User decides not to provide such data, they will not be able to submit contact requests to E.S.T.E. S.r.l., and the Company will therefore be unable to provide an appropriate response. <\/p>\n

Purpose of Processing<\/em><\/p>\n

To provide responses to contact requests submitted to E.S.T.E. S.r.l. by Users of the Website.<\/p>\n

Base giuridica<\/em><\/p>\n

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR \u2013 the processing is necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.<\/p>\n

Data Retention Period<\/em><\/p>\n

For the time strictly necessary to contact the User who made the request and to properly manage any subsequent requests from the same User or further information relating to the same topic or similar topics.
Afterwards, personal data will be processed within the framework of the performance of a contract with E.S.T.E. S.r.l. (therefore following the relevant retention policies pursuant to Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code), if concluded, or otherwise they will be deleted immediately. <\/p>\n
